Angelfall by Susan Ee
-This book was an excellent young adult book and I can’t wait till the next book in the series! We need to spread the word about this book because they decided to put the book out in paperback instead of hardcover so it hasn’t gotten as much attention as it deserves!
It sheds a whole new light on how we view what Angels really are. When facing the reality of how angels are in real life the heroine doesn’t even blink an eye when it comes to defending her family against a creature that could smash her like a bug. There is also a very unexpected alliance that is formed and many twists in plot before you figure out why the alliance can actually work.
City Of Lost Souls By Cassandra Clare
Coming soon! 5/08
Can the lost be reclaimed? What price is too high to pay for love? Who can be trusted when sin and salvation collide? Love. Blood. Betrayal. Revenge. Darkness threatens to claim the Shadowhunters in the harrowing fifth book of the Mortal Instruments series.
-This was a great book. This series just gets more and more intense without getting super confusing and too detailed that it loses its readers. There was quite a few jaw dropping moments in this books and I really can’t wait till the next.

This was another great addition to the dark hunter series. This one is probably one of my top picks besides Acheron. A amazonian dark hunter may be falling for a bear shapeshifter, what sounds like more fun/complicated than that? Also, you find out a little more about what’s going on with Nick and Acheron. Read to find out :)
Hush, Hush By Becca Fitzpatrick
-This was just a random book I picked up the other day at my school bookstore and read in between studying for finals. Honestly, the cover caught my eye more than anything. It was a really good book. It was a romance but with some fantasy thrown in, which is always a favorite of mine. The fantasy in this book is centered around fallen angels, I haven’t read any books about fallen angels so it was a pretty fun read for me. This is the first book in the series.
Burned By P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast
-Just read this book in two days, was so excited and can’t wait till the next book in the House Of Night series. This series is definitely the best of both worlds, vampires and magic. This series is writing by P.C. and her daughter Kristin so it has funny teenage humor and also a adult tone to the writing. I enjoy this series a lot, the characters are all unique and rememberable.
A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness
Currently reading and its great. Will be blogging a ton tomorrow after I get some homework and famly time in.
Shadowfever By Karen Marie Moning

The Secret Circle: The Initiation By L.J. Smith
-I read this series a longgg time ago and was searching online and it happened to pop up. This was a great teen series about a highschool coven in New Salem. They are powerful and all beautiful, each member of the coven is a member of the founding families. This book contains romance, magic, and teenage angst. L.J. Smith is also the author of The Vampire Diaries series, that is now a popular tv show.
Bloodsucking Fiends By Christopher Moore
-Christopher Moore is a amazing author, who will make you laugh out loud. Each of his story is unique and full of humor. This was the first book of his I ever read and it instantly had me hooked I am a huge fan of any kind of vampire stories from Twilight Series to The Sookie Stackhouse books and this one put a funny spin on it. Jody didn’t plan on being a creature of the night but one day she woke up with superhuman strength and she definitly saw the upside of it. When she found her day time minion/boyfriend life got even better. Tommy wants to be a writer but for now he is working at a safeway some of his good friends. This is just the first book in the series, and each book gets better and better
